WHAT WE DO; RESTORING MOVEMENT, STRENGTH & BALANCE

At Kinexus Care, we deliver high-quality physiotherapy tailored to your needs, across clinics and in the comfort of your home. Our experienced team provides personalised, hands-on care to support your health, wellbeing, and independence — wherever you feel most comfortable.

Mobility & gait training

Assessment identifies factors affecting mobility such as strength, balance, joint mobility, coordination, and confidence. Therapy focuses on:

  • Improving walking pattern and endurance

  • Practising safe transfers and functional movement

  • Enhancing posture and movement efficiency

  • Reducing compensatory strategies that increase fatigue or injury risk

Training is practical and delivered in the environments where movement occurs most often.

Exercise prescription & physical conditioning

We design individualised exercise programs that are purposeful, achievable, and directly linked to the person’s goals and daily needs.

Exercise programs may focus on:

  • Improving lower and upper limb strength for transfers and mobility

  • Building endurance for daily activities and community participation

  • Enhancing balance and coordination to reduce falls risk

  • Supporting cardiovascular health and overall physical capacity

Chronic disease management

Physiotherapy support for conditions such as:

  • Arthritis

  • Osteoporosis

  • Parkinson’s disease

  • Post-stroke recovery

  • Cardiovascular conditions

Therapy focuses on function, movement confidence, and long-term management.

Functional mobility & capacity assessments

We complete comprehensive assessments of mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional movement.
Our reports are aligned with NDIS requirements and support:

  • Goal development

We support adults living with neurological conditions, including:

  • Stroke

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Parkinson’s disease

  • Acquired brain injury

Intervention may include:

  • Targeted exercise to improve strength, flexibility, and control
